Kiln is a tracking and control engine. In construction it reads every supplier invoice and allocates each line to the right project and cost centre in real time. The unit changes for fuel: litres and deliveries instead of invoices and cost codes. The discipline does not.
We log every dispatch and delivery as it happens, reconcile what was dispatched against what was received against what was sold, per truck and per station, and surface the gap the moment it opens. The number that usually hides, the difference between what left and what arrived, stops hiding. And anything the system cannot reconcile is not quietly absorbed. It is flagged for a person to check.
